Let everyone know you are a Champion for Children’s Health by adding the Stroller Brigade badge to your Facebook page! The broken stroller image on the badge will assemble and repair itself as events and prospects for adequate child health coverage improve. So, help us fix that stroller and health coverage for all children by adding the Stroller Brigade badge to your Facebook page today!

  • To add the Stroller Brigade Facebook badge (that’s it on the right), click on the blue ”Share” button in the image. A menu will pop up where you will see different buttons labeled “MySpace,” “Blogger,” “Facebook” and others. Simply click on one of the buttons and follow the step-by-step process to install the badge on your target destination.
  • If you want to email the badge to friends, family members, or colleagues, click on the blue “Share” button in the image and click on the label in the upper left corner named “Email.” You can then choose from a dropdown menu that will let you either email your contacts from an email provider such as Gmail and Hotmail or you can enter individual’s emails manually.
  • Finally, you can post the badge to your website or blog directly by clicking on the blue “Share” button in the image and using the embed code at the bottom of the menu. All you need to do is click on the “Copy” button and you will have the code saved to install directly into the HTML of your Web property.

Let your friends, family and colleagues know that Congress needs to hear now that child health reform is in jeopardy unless they act – here’s a message you can send to your contact list:

Dear Friend,

Congress is debating health reform legislation that could leave millions of children worse rather than better off.  It fails to fix the bureaucratic, unfair barriers to care and must be changed now! Please help me tell Congress and the President that they must support changes that provide comprehensive, affordable, and accessible care for all children no matter where they live.

Join parents, children, grandparents and champions of children in a “stroll” to the Capitol on Wednesday, November 4th at 10am to ensure that our children are not left behind in health care reform.  You can also join stroller brigades in cities across the country November 6th through 8th.  Log onto the Children’s Defense Fund website at http://www.childrensdefense.org/strollerbrigade to take action now!

Thank you for your help!
